Our personal training programs are made to motivate clients on a more individualized level. Our personal trainers help each client to set realistic goals and then provide the tools and training for those goals to become achievements. Our expert personal trainers work with you to measure your strength and weaknesses, and provide you with a unique fitness assessments, feedback and accountability tracking. Our personal training also allows clients to track and measure their improvement through a number of physical fitness tests throughout the process.
The TRX Suspension Trainer system leverages your body’s weight and gravity to help you perform to your body’s abilities, along with hundreds of challenging workouts. What’s great about the TRX is, you are in control of how challenging each exercise you complete is. All you have to do is adjust your body position and modify your resistance; it’s as simple as that.
The MMA fitness training pushes participants through intense combat drills that are made to test and push your physical and mental stamina. Our circuit training offers a series of fast-paced circuits that push you through a number of different exercises in short amounts of time. During your circuit training, you will perform a single exercise anywhere between 30 seconds and 5 minutes before moving to a new exercise and eventually circling back the beginning. Keep in mind, circuit training tends to be very fast-paced.
Our 360 Circuit Training challenges members to go through set exercise stations in just 30 minutes. These stations combine cardiovascular, strengthening and toning exercises that encourage a high-intensity full body workout in a short amount of time.
With our kickboxing equipment, members are taught specific choreographies to music that involve a number of different training activities which are to be completed in a sequential order. These exercises most often include jump rope, shadow-box, forward kicks, punches and, of course, fancy footwork.
